Carl Cox is Vice President and Director of Engineering for Rauland-Borg Corporation of Skokie, IL. Rauland is a mid-sized manufacturer of telephone and intercommunications equipment designed specifically for the school and hospital markets. Carl has been the VP of Engineering for 10 years, and has 25 years with the company. Prior to becoming Vice President at Rauland, Mr. Cox worked as Chief Engineer for Picker Briggs Corporation of Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Cox sits on many industry committees and chairs the Technical Committee of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association Section 3-SB. He is a member of both the NSPE and IEEE. In addition, he has served on the Schaumburg, IL school board for 9 years. Mr. Cox is a board member on both the Co-operative Education and Manufacturing Engineering Advisory Boards for the McCormick School of Engineering of Northwestern University. He received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree from Cleveland State University.
