Mike Todnem joined PepsiCo through the merger in 2001 with The Quaker Oats Company and currently serves as Senior Management ? Capabilities in the Quaker Tropicana Gatorade (QTG) division. Mr. Todnem has responsibility for financial productivity in PBF's Logistics group across their Warehousing, Transportation, and Customer Service teams. He leads multiple project management teams to drive operating efficiencies in each of these groups, and leads PBF's Total Productive Management (TPM) teams for Logistics. He has held management positions in Productivity capacities with both PepsiCo and Quaker Oats, including Global Purchasing, Logistics Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, and Gatorade Operations. Mr. Todnem holds a Master of Management degree from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Business, and also serves on the Advisory Board of Noble Street Charter School. He also leads PBF's involvement with the McCormick Undergraduate Engineering - Case Study Program. He has point responsibility for recruiting top McCormick graduates for PBF's Senior Associate Program.
