Lemuel "Lem" Amen is Vice President and General Manager of 3M Track & Trace Solutions. 3M is a market leading diversified technology company with a worldwide presence in the following markets: consumer and office; display and graphics; electro and communications; health care; industrial; safety, security and protection services; and transportation. Mr. Amen possesses more than 18 years of leadership, operations and consulting experience ranging across five major industries (aerospace, energy & utilities, government, information technology & business process outsourcing, and Diversified Manufacturing. He earned his Master of Science degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge. Mr. Amen is a member of the Corporate Executive Board's Marketing Leadership Council and the Sales Executive Council. He is a staunch supporter of youth and educational based programs and is a member of the Global Board of Directors for Junior Achievement Worldwide. Mr. Amen remains active in the Northwestern University alumni association.
